Terms and Conditions for Tours & Sightseeing
Explore North Pakistan looks forward to serving as your trusted booking agent for your travel needs. These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) outline the services we provide, the rights you may expect when purchasing travel-related services through us, and your responsibilities as a customer.
Throughout this Agreement, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Explore North Pakistan. The term “you” refers to any individual who visits our website or other sales channels, makes a reservation through us, or otherwise uses our services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients of Explore North Pakistan, and any of their affiliated companies.
1. Day Tours
When a client pays in full, Explore North Pakistan verifies the booking. Once Explore North Pakistan accepts a booking and receives payment, the contract between Explore North Pakistan and the client becomes binding.
2. Multi Day Tours
Explore North Pakistan confirms a booking when it is fully paid by a client, or when a 50% deposit has been paid. Once Explore North Pakistan has accepted a booking and received a payment, the contract between Explore North Pakistan and client will become binding. The remaining 50% of the fee shall be payable by the client on the commencement of the tour, prior to departure.
3. Client Responsibility
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions of Explore North Pakistan. You further confirm that you meet all requirements set by Explore North Pakistan and that you are physically fit to follow our instructions and participate in all activities arranged and operated by us. If you are unsure about your ability to participate, please contact our office prior to booking.
Parents and/or legal guardians accept full responsibility for any damage or loss caused by passengers under their care. Minors (under 18 years of age) may not use the services of Explore North Pakistan unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Our Liability & Compensation
Explore North Pakistan accepts responsibility for injury to passengers only to the extent required under applicable Pakistani law. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by you or your property, including but not limited to those arising from flight cancellations, adverse weather conditions, vehicle accidents, strikes, illness, government actions, customs regulations, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our reasonable control constituting force majeure.
By confirming your booking with Explore North Pakistan, you acknowledge that we have taken all reasonable measures to limit and safeguard our liability in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.
5. Cancellation Policy
The advance deposit for all bookings for multi day tours, packages and group tours with Explore North Pakistan is non-refundable. It covers our cost of cancelling your reservations including reservations with third parties and payment processing fees. Additionally, the number of days the tour is initially booked for cannot be cancelled, however, may be extended. The cancellation fee does not apply if Explore North Pakistan cancels the booking. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
6. Changes and Cancellations by Explore North Pakistan
Before you enter into a contract with us, we reserve the right to change any of the facilities or services listed by us. We also reserve the right to cancel the booking due to weather and/or other conditions. Any changes are usually very minor and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If a major change, such as change in departure time, becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible before your tour begins. When a major change or cancellation occurs, you will have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, purchasing another available tour from us, or cancelling your tour subject to clause 5 above.
7. Change Fees
It is recommended that the itinerary once finalized not be changed so as to avoid delays and complications. However, if a client requests a change of itinerary for a confirmed booking, Explore North Pakistan will apply change fees. The number of tour days initially booked may be extended by the client and will be charged by Explore North Pakistan accordingly.
